Family Travel tips

Traveling with a family is a completely different and the experience is a little daunting but interesting.
This post isn’t meant to give an account of any trip, but to share some of what I’ve learned about traveling with a family, in hopes that it will help other families who travel.

Avoid Hotels:  It’s cheaper to rent an apartment, which also comes with a kitchen and often a washer/dryer and a living room. It’s much more comfortable.the kids can have enough space to play around  try to find ones in cities
Have something to keep kids busy : The kids get bored when you are travelling long distance it is a good idea to have something to keep them busy like ipod video games ,cards ,board games or puzzles. it  is better than listening to thier complain of being bored on a long trip.

Buy groceries.we buy  cereal and yogurt and fruit for breakfast, along with  tea and coffee and maybe some  snacks. This allows us to save money, eat something a bit healthier than pastries  at least one or two meals of the day, and relax at home in the mornings and during our afternoon break. It’s one of the good things about having an apartment.

One or two days isn't enough to see places using 3 - 4 days is quite ideal
you wont have to  rush and you will also have time to relax refresh before the next sight seeing experience.

Have a first aid kit. things will go wrong kids will play and get hurt ,accidents will happen life doesn't often go as we plan it but we have to prepare for it to avoid more expenses.

It’s a grand adventure. Things will go wrong. You’ll not only get lost, you’ll lose things, miss buses, find the place you’re going to closed. You can make the best of plans, but the truth is, you don’t control things. Life has its own plans. The key is to smile, accept the way things are, and see it all as part of your great adventure. And this is the philosophy you should convey to the kids, even before you travel, to make their experience all the more enjoyable and enlightening.
